Half-hourly rate jobs

Sometimes, with smaller jobs, there’s no need for an estimate. In the case of an emergency, your tradesperson may need to start work immediately without giving an estimate.
In these instances, we charge a fixed half-hourly rate (1-hour minimum) that covers investigation time and any other time needed to complete the job.
Should you wish your tradesperson to carry out an investigation to scope the job but then decide not to go ahead, you will still be charged for their time to that point.
