I got the booking as quickly as I wanted it. Dean was great - honest, thorough and polite. I had a leak that I couldn’t resolve, he isolated it, tested water pressure to make sure that wasn’t affecting it, then removed the source of the problem and will be back to re-install a WC which was leaking. He was professional and gave me a lot of useful information on the leak. Highly appreciate it.
