The whole experience with Aspect from booking through to identification and repair of the ceiling leak and the surrounding area was first class. Lucas was outstanding. I had an underground water leak that needed special skills and equipment to locate. Lucas arrived the same afternoon, was polite, respectful, informative, knowledgeable, open and honest and he knew his business. What more do you want from a professional tradesman? The job was not straightforward but Lucas persevered and was even praised for his skill by South East Water engineers who were also on site. Leak detected, uncovered, fixed. Highly recommended if you are unfortunate enough to need him!

The drainage engineer was well informed and competent, and did an efficient job clearing the blockage in the minimum charge hour. He had all the right equipment to do the job properly, and coped well with arriving on site in the dark.
