Wastewater Rate

We charge our “wastewater” rate for work on uPVC pipes, which are approx 40mm in diameter and connected to sinks, baths, showers, washing machines, and dishwashers, also known as “primary drainage”.

• £47.50 + VAT on weekdays
• £62.50 + VAT on evenings and weekends
• £82.50 + VAT for late nights (9pm to 7am)

Soil Water Rate

Our “soil water” rates apply to toilet waste and underground external pipes, which are usually 110mm in diameter and are also known as “secondary drainage”. Soil water rates also apply for camera and sewage odour investigations and mini jetting in wastewater pipes.

• £67.50 + VAT on evenings and weekends
• £87.50 + VAT for late nights (9pm to 7am)

Duration Discounts

A discount to the half-hourly rate will be applied to your invoice if our tradesperson is on-site for extended hours:

• Half day (4 hours & more) = 5% off
• Full day (8 hours & more) = 10% off

Emergency Drainage Service

There’s no extra charge for emergency attendance when we aim to be on-site within 1 hour.
