If enough leaf litter, moss, and other debris build up in your gutters and downpipes to cause a blockage, you should arrange to have them cleaned as quickly as possible. If you don’t, you can expect more significant problems.

The weight of water and soaked debris that builds up behind a blockage puts excess pressure on gutter and downpipe joints. This extra weight can cause sections of guttering to sag, joints to open, and support fixings to weaken.

Our roofing experts know the problems that blocked gutters can cause. They can clean gutters using ladders or from the ground with gutter vacuum equipment. Ladderless gutter cleaning

Our gutter vacuuming equipment allows us to clean gutters with two feet firmly on the ground.

Gutters that are hard to access, such as above extensions and conservatories, and above two storeys can’t usually be accessed by a ladder – long reach gutter vacuums makes it quick and easy!

Our roof and gutter services are charged in half-hour increments (1-hour min.).

Roofs & Gutters

This rate is for all repairs, installations and cleaning. Visual investigations without specialist detection methods are also charged at this rate.

From £42.75 + VAT on weekdays
From £56.25 + VAT on evenings and weekends
From £72.00 + VAT for late nights (9pm to 7am)

Emergency Callouts

There’s no extra charge for emergency attendance when we aim to be on-site within 1 hour.

Health and safety requirements mean that a roofer won’t be able to access a roof or gutters to work in the dark or during bad weather conditions. However, we’ll aim to prevent water ingress from a leaking roof or gutter whenever possible immediately.

Duration Discounts

Whenever one of our roofers is on-site for extended hours, a discount to the half-hourly rate will automatically be applied to your invoice:

Half day (4 hours & more) = 5% off
Full day (8 hours & more) = 10% off

Further discounts are offered for large roof projects, such as replacements.
