We understand the stress of flood water in your property and the problems it causes. We aim to have tradespeople with you within 60 minutes to start helping.

Our drainage specialists are usually the first people on-site to pump water out of the property. They’ll check and clear drain lines clogged with silt etc. after rainwater flooding. Their detailed assessment is given to our Project Management team to complete the initial reactive stage of work.
Our sanitisation cleaning team will often follow up. An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and quote for repairs can be provided by an Aspect electrician. This is all included within a detailed scope of work document and fixed price quote for an insurance claim.
Drying, removal of water damaged material can begin straightaway. One of our Project Managers will work you to schedule the reinstatement work quickly and around your specific needs.
