The refurbishment was a complicated operation that had to be carried out in a fixed period of time. All of it was done expertly, without drama and in good spirit. I intentionally waited a few months before writing this review - it is clear now that all the work done will stand the test of time. Very happy.

Full refurbishment of a bathroom isn’t just about plumbing and tiling. We have expert tradespeople for every stage of your project – no matter how modest or extensive your plans are!
We’ll allocate you a dedicated Project Manager. They’ll be your primary contact throughout the entire process. Following a site visit to understand your vision and discuss your budget you’ll be provided with a detailed plan and fixed price quotes for different options.
Our fixed price quotes include all labour and material costs. The cost will never change unless the scope of work changes.
Before you agree to go ahead our Project Manager will answer any outstanding questions and make amends to the scope. At this point you’ll be given a schedule for the work that’s designed to meet any specific requirements you have.
Following acceptance of the work the team will begin the transformation process. You’ll be kept up to date on progress throughout. Your Project Manager will keep you informed of any adjustments that are needed to the plans.
Once the room is finished you’ll have the opportunity to carry out a detailed inspection. All adjustments will be made quickly. Only when you’re completely satisfied will we sign-off on the project.
