Several techniques are usually used during a thorough “trace and access” investigation. The approach we take is favoured by insurers when processing an “escape of water” claim.
Once the leak is found, our experts can make repairs and quote for all reinstatement work needed.
We like to make things easy! Repairs are usually charged in half-hour increments (1-hour minimum):
– £49.50 + VAT on weekdays
– £65.25 + VAT at evenings and weekends
– £85.50 + VAT for late night visits (9pm to 7am)
Parts and material are charged in addition to time. There’s no extra charge for emergency attendance, when we aim to be on-site within 1 hour.
Bigger jobs can be quoted at a fixed price following an investigation. Quotes can be produced while still on-site.
Boiler servicing, gas safety checks and power flushes can be done at fixed prices.
