Sewage smell investigation

Sections of a drainage network are tested methodically. Steam or smoke is pumped under pressure into pipes. Escaping from the smallest of faults, it provides a clear visual indication of where the problem is, even if the pipes are beneath the ground.

Multiple faults can be detected simultaneously, which makes it extremely thorough and quick.

We’ve found problems for customers where multiple visits by other contractors had previously failed to find.

Pricing

Our sewage smell investigations and drain repair services are charged in half-hour increments (1-hour min.).

  • From £47.25 + VAT on weekdays
  • From £60.75 + VAT on evenings and weekends
  • From £78.75 + VAT for late-nights (9pm to 7am)

There’s no extra charge for emergency attendance when we aim to be on-site within 1 hour.

A discount to the half-hourly rate will be applied to your invoice if our tradesperson is on-site for extended hours:

  • Half day (4 hours & more) = 5% off
  • Full day (8 hours & more) = 10% off
