Our drainage rates
We have two rates based on the type of drainage work required:
- Wastewater: Half hour rates from £42.75 ex VAT – this lower rate covers the uPVC pipes approx 40mm in diameter connected to sinks, baths, showers, washing machines and dishwashers, also known as primary drainage.
- Soil water: Half hour rates from £47.25 ex VAT – this higher rate applies to toilet waste and underground external pipes usually 110mm in diameter, also known as secondary drainage. Soil water rates also apply for CCTV and mini jetting in wastewater pipes
Please note: If work on soil water pipes is required during a wastewater booking, the higher rate will be charged from the point the work moves to soil water.
