This allows us to look for specific issues inside your drainage system. We regularly carry out drain inspections as a form of preventative maintenance, so we can locate issues before they grow into larger problems. We don’t create reports as standard for drain inspections, but we can provide one on request that includes photos and observations. We can also share video footage with you via weblink.
Drain inspections cost £225.00 + VAT for properties with up to four manholes.
This is the most detailed option available, and it’s what we’d recommend when you need to share information with third parties, e.g. solicitors, mortgage lenders, builders, architects or a wastewater company. You’ll receive a detailed report with the same information as the drain inspection, plus a coded map and accurate dimensions of the pipework. It visualises how parts of the drain network connect beneath your property.
Drain mapping costs £315.00 + VAT for properties with up to four manholes.
