We understand the stress of having underground water leak but not knowing exactly where it is. The thought of having to excavate outside, or digging up floors, in a vain attempt to find the source can leave you feeling helpless and facing the prospect of a large bill.

Our leak detection specialists use non-invasive methods to find leaks. The trace and access approach can pinpoint the location of a leak in buried pipes. It’s why it’s required by most insurers when processing an “escape of water” claim.

Insurance claim advice

If you suspect a leak buried underground or beneath a floor, you shouldn’t ignore it. Fixing the problem can usually be covered on an insurance policy.

Water escape inside a property could be causing bigger problems than any visible signs might suggest. Water damage can eventually compromise the structural integrity of a property if left unresolved. Failing to act quickly might mean your insurance company rejects your claim.
