He meticulously examined every possible area of concern, leaving no stone unturned. His determination and hard work in identifying the source of the leak were truly impressive. He also demonstrated exceptional skill in resolving it to the highest standard.

After consulting surveyors who diagnosed rising damp and then shelling out for an expensive damp course, problems with a damp floor in my kitchen persisted. I called in Aspect and their operative quickly showed the water was pipe water not ground water and therefore the problem was not and had never been rising damp. He performed several other thorough tests, found the exact point of the leak before fixing it and reinstating the floor.

Fantastic service. The plumber explained how he was going to determine the leak and showed me the equipment to be used. He was personable, knowledgeable and considerate. Once the leak had been located, under a concrete floor, despite being a messy job to expose, proceeded with minimum disruption to me, worked very neatly and as clean as possible. After the pipework had been exposed, he affected the repair and tested to ensure all was ok. I highly recommend this service and would definitely use again.

We had a leak in our floor and had no idea of the source. Kevin spent 3 hours investigating and testing and we think that it is now fixed (fingers crossed) and we did not need to dig up the floor, which was a right result. He was very thorough and did a good job. From my perspective it was worth the cost due to the potentially serious damage had it not been done.

The workmen had to find the leak in a water pipe. They found it 1m below the floor of our kitchen. They dug down to the pipe and managed to fix the leak. 3 engineers were involved and all were polite and got on with the job efficiently. They left the kitchen looking spotless.
