A survey of a flat roof is usually required by insurance providers every 5-years.
The findings, recommendations and estimated cost of repairs will be provided following the visual investigation survey.

This is the most detailed roof survey we provide. A detailed report is produced that can be shared with third parties, such as conveyancing solicitors and insurers.

Roof Investigation
If you want to investigate a specific part of your roof and do not need a written report, we can schedule a roofer to attend at a half-hourly rate. The same rates are charged for repair work, which can be quoted immediately after an investigation.

If you suspect your roof is leaking or needs repair, it’s important to get the problem assessed by a professional roofer and fix it as quickly as possible.
If repairs aren’t carried out quickly, the damage caused by water can dramatically increase repair costs. Structural timbers can be weakened if they’re continually holding water. Saturated brickwork and masonry can cause internal damp problems that can result in the need for extensive internal decoration work.
With a large team of roofers, repairs can be quickly scheduled. However, a temporary fix can usually be provided the same day to stop further water damage.
