Good communication on arrival times etc. Came on a Sunday as we had an emergency. Operative Alex was excellent, kept us informed at all times during the water leak investigation. Managed to identify where on the main water pipe run the external leak was, leaving us with the water on to the house.

Glenn was great and did a great job - despite our small central heating leak being hard to find, he persevered, was courteous throughout & took the trouble to explain what was going on at each stage. Top job.

A leak detection specialist arrived on time and using various testing methods managed to identify the source of my leak. He was friendly and helpful and did just what I needed him to do.
