The engineer arrived very promptly, diagnosed the issue and repaired a very ancient, rusted water main. The communication was excellent throughout, with regular images sent through to explain what the issue was and repairs required. On completion we were sent a detailed leak detection survey and repair report, that we could send directly to the insurance company. Would absolutely recommend Aspect and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Dan was on time, was clearly knowledgeable and worked through the possible causes of my sewage smell issue. Further work required but heading towards the solution. He was also polite, neat and tidy!

Jim was absolutely brilliant. He worked tirelessly until he found the leak. Then did all the work to get down through a concrete floor to the pipe and repair it, and then put everything back together. I was so worried, but he reassured me and explained everything he was doing over the 2 days. He was so professional and worked so hard I really can’t thank him enough.
