Your engineer - Harry - was very thorough in his investigations to track down our water leak under the concrete floor in the house. After testing he found the leak and succeeded in digging up the area where the leak was found and effected a full repair replacing the defective section of pipe. He was also very polite explaining each step and very tidy in cleaning up the areas affected.

A very positive experience. The leak detection process was amazing and the repair and reinstatement was top class. Our engineer, Ben, kept us very well informed as to what was going on, and at the end it was difficult to see where he had been. Excellent!
