We had Nabeel from Aspect attend our property in response to a significant leak in our hot water pipes. Nabeel ran a set of tests systematically to identify the location of the leak. He then gained access to the leak causing the minimum amount of damage as possible and performed a high quality repair to the leaking pipe. Throughout the process he thoroughly documented all his findings for the insurance claim, kept me informed of his progress and was a diligent, conscientious and responsible professional throughout.
