We’re Gas Safe registered

All of our gas engineers are registered with Gas Safe and carry a Gas Safe ID card. If you ever want to check they’re qualified to carry out the work they’re booked for, you can ask to see their ID. You can also check the engineer’s registration details on the Gas Safe Register website.

The Gas Safe Register ID card includes:

The gas engineer’s licence number
Aspect’s name and registration number
A start date and an expiry date
A Gas Safe security hologram

We’ll try to reach you in one hour at no extra cost, giving you a quick, professional service while you only pay the standard rate. Our central heating engineers carry standard parts in their vans, so they’re able to fix many central heating issues right away. However, we can also source specialist parts quickly from one of our local suppliers.

We’re fully trade accredited. Aspect is registered with Gas Safe and a member of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA). In addition, the Aspect Guarantee covers the workmanship of our gas engineers for up to 12 months.
